Shipping policy

All rhinestone orders are processed within 1-2 business days of receipt, excluding all mayor holidays and weekends. Once processed your order will then be dropped off at the local post office.
On average, USPS Priority Mail can take anywhere from 2-3 business days and USPS Ground shipping can take anywhere from 3-7 business days. Priority mail is insured and ground shipping is not. Shipping times may vary during mayor holidays, because of inclement weather and so forth. Please keep in mind, Creative Swan Studio is not responsible for how long USPS takes to deliver your package.
Items marked Delivered by USPS are considered delivered. Creative Swan Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, therefore we will not replace or refund lost or stolen packages. Please contact USPS for delayed or missing packages so they can track your package or assist you in filing out a lost package claim. Creative Swan Studio is not responsible for packages once they have been dropped off at our local post office.
